SHIPPING
We offer complimentary standard domestic shipping.
Standard shipping is Ground Shipping. Our products are made to order and hand-assembled to ensure our exclusivity. Orders will be delivered between (7-14) business days from the date of purchase.
- Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 4 business days to receive your tracking number.
All sales are final sale. We do not accept returns. If your print arrives damaged, we will work with you to find the best resolution, including a possible refund.
To receive a refund you must:
- Report the issue to chanadavoudpourart@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.
- Provide photographic evidence and a written description of the issue.
If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a refund within 24 hours to your original payment method. Please note, it can up to seven business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We do not have an exchange policy.
